The Pro Force® series debris blower is a must-have for grounds care crews to clear paved areas of clippings, aeration cores or other organic debris from high-traffic areas. It’s a busy time of year, and it’s important to ensure your Pro Force is well-maintained and ready for heavy use. Here are a few things to add to your checklist:

24.6 hp (18.3 kW) Kohler Command Pro Engine

Engine: Thanks to the tremendous air power generated from the 24.6 hp (18.3 kW) Kohler® Command Pro™ engine, the Pro Force debris blower makes quick work when clearing debris. To make sure the engine meets the demands of the season, check and change the oil and oil filter and use high-quality fuel to fill the 10-gallon tank.

The Pro Force is mounted to a ruggedly built steel trailer.

Trailer: The Pro Force is mounted to a ruggedly built steel trailer with an adjustable tow hitch to accommodate different utility vehicles. Check the air pressure in both tires and inspect the treads for worn-down areas or potential leaks. Inspect the wheel bearings for proper grease and remove and repack as necessary.

The fan assembly on the back of the Pro Force is designed for greater airflow and is crucial for air power.

Fan: The fan assembly on the back of the Pro Force is designed for greater airflow and is crucial for air power. Examine the chute belt near the fan assembly to ensure it’s in good condition and adjusts and rotates properly.

Pro Force Blower Wireless Remote Control

Wireless Remote Control: From the driver’s seat of the utility vehicle, operators can use the wireless remote control to stop and start the Pro Force engine, rotate the 360-degree nozzle or adjust the engine throttle. Always check that the remote has new batteries and is paired with your Pro Force.

By following these simple steps, your Pro Force will be more than ready to meet the demands of fall maintenance. To learn more about the Pro Force or any of Toro’s equipment, head to toro.com.
